We are very much looking forward to hosting you at the Viridian En Plein Air Retreat and having you be a part of this unique opportunity to visit, explore and paint in a few of our favorite spots in Maine.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Transportation
The workshop requires you to have your own transportation to/from and during the retreat. You may arrange with a friend attending the workshop to share transportation. Once at the retreat we'll travel no more than 10 miles from the Greenwood Manor Inn in Harrison, Maine.
TERMS AND PAYMENTS
We are opening the workshop to only 6 - 8 artist painters. Because the retreat involves advanced reservations, preparation of materials, and instruction, and because there are expenses associated with planning for each guest, the workshop deposit is non-refundable after March 15.
Please plan thoughtfully to avoid any confusion or scheduling conflicts before you register. The total cost for the workshop is USD $1485.
A deposit of USD $750 is due upon registration. This payment secures your place in the workshop, and is non-refundable after March 15.
Any cancellations must be made in writing and are effective upon written receipt. We will go to the waiting list, and if the spot is filled we will refund your deposit.
FINAL PAYMENT of USD $735 is due April 15, 2026, and is non-refundable. We will go to the waiting list, and if the spot is filled we will refund your payment minus $100.
Once the retreat begins, we will do everything possible to ensure your enjoyment, and we rely on you to tell us if something is not working. We look forward to a successful workshop retreat together, and we hope that you sit back, relax and get ready for a lovely experience.
